With the horses as your guides, you’ll slow down, step out of the noise, and create space to notice what has been difficult to see clearly. Horses respond honestly to what is happening in the present moment, helping bring awareness to the ways you protect yourself, hold back, repeat old patterns, or carry expectations that are no longer yours to keep.
This experience isn’t about forcing change or having all the answers. It’s about becoming curious, listening to what surfaces, and allowing the horses to help soften the space around release. You’ll be supported as you explore what you’re ready to see, what you’re ready to let go of, and what may become possible when you do.
